London on The Esplanade is an exceptional condo and loft complex. Located at 1 Scott Street and 38 The Esplanade, the complex is comprised of 2 structures, the East and West Towers, that are joined by a 5-story podium.The East Tower (38 The Esplanade) is 15-stories high, while the West Tower (1 Scott Street) soars 33 floors up. The project added substantial value to The Esplanade by virtue of its majestic grandeur. Completed in 2009, the construction project was taken up by Cityzen Development Corporation. The London on The Esplanade features exquisite architecture which seamlessly fuses the historic nature of the area with a modern cosmopolitan look. The West Tower boasts modern high-rise glass design, while the East Tower features a brick look that matches that of other structures on the street.
